Initial Consultation

We provide you with a free and confidential consultation from our Senior Inspection Consultant to learn more about your prospective acquisition, lease, or sale, and to gather basic information about the property.
We tailor each and every commercial building inspection assignment to your specific needs, future plans, and budget.
This introductory discussion can be conducted by phone, email, or in-person per your preferences and unique situation.
Proposal Development
After learning more about your goals and the general property details, we engage in our preliminary analysis to craft a no-obligation scope of work & pricing proposal that is customized for you.
We strive to deliver all proposals with expedient turnaround times, while also investing the necessary hours to ensure our recommendations are accurate, reliable, and relevant.

Research & Facilitation

Once we have agreed upon a proposal that meets your highest expectations, we will begin conducting our pre-assessment research of the commercial real estate. Depending on your unique scenario, and the complexity of the subject property, this may include pertinent records requests, interviews with key personnel, and review of historical documents.
We will also work with all stakeholders to arrange our on-site survey of the grounds & buildings, including facilitating the additional input from any recommended trade specialists.
Our office will keep you fully apprised of all updates and itineraries throughout this step.
Site Survey
We will complete a thorough assessment of the site, grounds, buildings, systems, and components - all with your physical & financial security in mind. Every step in our commercial real estate inspection process is designed to inform and protect, while adhering to our prescribed standards of practice, and the agreed upon scope of work.
Despite having helped thousands of prospective real estate buyers & sellers over the last 16 years, we are still excited by each and every walk-through survey we conduct, and are humbled by the opportunity to put our expertise to advantage for you.

Report Delivery & Post-Survey Consultation

Following the completion of our on-site & walk-through survey, we will deliver a best-in-class report that details our complete assessment of the property, all recommendations, and any supplemental data as detailed in your scope of work. We pride ourselves on the quality, depth, and clarity of our reports, which have proven to be a critical contributor to our repeat business amongst commercial property investors.
For most properties, these reports are delivered to your inbox within 24-48 hours of us completing the on-site survey.
We will discuss our findings with you in full, and are available to conference with your repair contractors, real estate transaction professionals, and others as may assist in pursuit of your goals.
